I click the icon of VMS Manager, but it seem didn't work.

My videowall monitor only displays the alarm list and cannot show the videos... Why is this happening, and how can I fix it to display my videos?

What's different about Regular Patterns, Dynamic Patterns, Hotspot Patterns, and Regular Sequences.
