Hi,We are encountering a similar issue wherein the status of the "IGWapp" service remains stuck on "Starting." We have already attempted to restart the VMS workstation; however, the problem persists.
If the system cannot launch, open Windows Services. Then, from the right pane, make sure the "IGWapp" service has started. If it isn't started, manually start it.
