while taking via browser Ip address and login the NVR. after some time it is automatically logout when no action taken.Please tell me any solution other wise please suggest any desktop app

I can't add my camera
Hi, when I try to add new camera, it's failed.
My camera supports ONVIF H265/H264.
Please help.

There is another possibility, users failed to add their IP cams.
That their IP cams could be on internet, and their routers close Ping functions.
Therefore, GVD NVR will fail to add these IP cams.
The solution is to open Ping function on these routers.
Also, if your IP cams are old, not support right ONVIF version, then pls
using RTSP protocol to add your old IP cams

First of all, you can find the hardware specs on GVD website: Download -->VMS Tools "GVD Project-KIC_DET_EN.xlsx" file. Open tab KIC, you will find
Then after you download GVD VMS Suites, make sure, you will install your VMS SW by the following sequence: Database Server C5104 first, then NVR, then E4200, then restart your system. You are ready to go.
