Monitor Operation Issue
My videowall monitor only displays the alarm list and cannot show the videos...
Why is this happening, and how can I fix it to display my videos?

Hi,
Your Videowall is turn into 'Alarm Screen'.
To disable a videowall monitor from showing an alarm list, simply click again the onscreen thumbnail of that videowall monitor. The red chime graphic
will be gone from it. Then, hit the Apply button at the lower-right of the Workspace to apply the change.
system cannot launch
I click the icon of VMS Manager, but it seem didn't work.

The suspected cause is likely the memory.
1. Restart the NVR.
2. Check if the memory is stable. Normal startup should use about 2GB. If it continues to increase within half an hour, consider replacing it.
