All GVD Warranty is based on GVD License Controller on which connect and authorize the usage of GVD Software Products.
Meaning, GVD Extended Warranty or Standard Warranty program only applies to project-based scenarios,
not individual products or channel license.
GVD won't provide any individual products Extended Warranty.
All of GVD Software Products are One Year Standard Warranty.
GVD won't support or guarantee any cross-Windows Platforms upgrade or downgrade installation.
GVD provides its license transfer only when GVD Software Products
within GVD Standard Warranty or Extended Warranty
GVD SLA is After-Sale GVD Product Maintenance Program
A customized program to support GVD customer daily operation with GVD products
